Convinced that AI represents mankind’s third industrial revolution, and with an extensive and successful track record in recruitment consultancy, David Jacob (the J in JH Partners) and Richard Houtman (the H) set out to create the world’s first ever AI driven recruitment consultancy.
This AI focus, and the astounding AI platform that JH Partners has built together with the team of experienced recruitment consultants that we have hired, enable us to give the highest quality, most precis fastest and most impartial service on the market.

Both Founders have been business partners previously for the last 12 years ,and between themselves have over 50 years experience in recruitment and building successful international businesses having achieved 3 multimillion euro exits.
